Quality of the radio was checked by W. Harder. 
The inside has room for a battery box with 6 D-cells, but this was completely corroded. The set currently runs on a 9V battery.

The radio looked a bit shabby and dirty when I got it, but it was complete and more or less intact. It just needed some cleansing and contact spray. 
The bottom has a small sticker saying Radio is property of Gerrit, but I have no clue as to how old this note is.
